Shipping cost on-line is an estimation ; actual cost might be different;
published rate applied.
Unless stated otherwise all orders under 300lbs are shipped via UPS, or
Fedex Ground over 300lbs are
shipped by common carrier.
Shipping charges will be prepaid and billed when shipping with UPS or Fedex,
you may provide your own UPS or Fedex account by enter it in the comment arear;
freight collect when shipping with common carrier.
Once a shipment has been signed for, PHOENIX TOYS AND NOVELTIES will not
be responsible for any box shortage. Customer must report any shortage of
boxes to the carrier.
Claims:
PHOENIX TOYS AND NOVELTIES does not accept responsibility
for merchandise damaged in transit. In these cases, customer should accept
shipment and file a claim with the carrier.
Products shortages or defective goods must be reported
within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
We will not acknoleged any claim that is over 60 days from invoice (wholesael
account only).
Returns Authorization:
All returns and/or deductions MUST HAVE an authorization
number, which can be obtained through Returns Department or your
sales rep.
Returns and Damages:
Products with price stickers, marks left from stickers,
cut corners, broken bindings, damaged packing will not be accepted.
All returns found to be shop worn or consumer
damaged will be returned to you at your own expense. No credit will
be issued.
You are accountable for all returns shipping
costs and for proper packing.
Please state the authorization number on the
packing list.
